DESIGN

Microspective Multimedia is committed to your satisfaction of the design of your logo, publication, or website. Communication is open and free, and the client will see multiple drafts before completion. Expect discussions about your product, services, etc, in order for us to optimize the design's quality of content. Website Design

Home Page plus up to three additional pages:
· Design & Layout (site-wide and per-page)
· Overall appearance, colors, typography, etc...
· XHTML and CSS Coding, Basic JavaScript
· Assisted Set-up of Hosting/Domain Registration
Individuals (Artist, Musician, Therapist, etc): $475
Small Business (Studios, Restaurants, Shops): $850
Corporate (Larger Businesses): $1250 and up
Corporate levels may alternatively contract for a monthly fee covering the scope of the project (i.e. entire website, logo, identity development, search engine optimization, and more) for its duration. Ask us about this very convenient service!

Additional Pages: $50-$200/page, depending on length and complexity of content.

Photo Gallery pricing is determined by complexity of content, including, but not limited to: image preparation, editing (background removal, etc), and more.

Search Engine Optimization: $950
SEO is necessary for any business with an online presence. Get listed on Google and other search engines by having a website correctly coded for high search results.

Changes made after final draft approval: $45/hour and up

All Web Design is subject to a deposit of $150.00.

Typically, the payment schedule will be 1) Deposit, 2) Draft Payment (due prior to work beyond second draft), 3) Final Payment (due upon completion). Please note that payment arrangements/schedules may be negotiated in special circumstances.

There is no charge for working drafts, of which the client will see before approving a final draft.

Additional costs: As part of the web design package, Microspective Multimedia will set up your hosting and domain registration free of charge for the service, if needed. However, the client must pay for the actual hosting and domain registration, as needed, either through Microspective Multimedia, or on their own. Details follow:

Hosting - Websites access stored information on a network connected to servers called webhosts. Webhosting starts at around $5.00/month. If Microspective Multimedia is redesigning your existing website, and you will continue to use your existing webhost, then you are not responsible for hosting/domain fees to Microspective Multimedia.

Domain - This is the website address, e.g. "www.microspective.net". If you don't already have a domain, you will need to register one -- this usually costs less than $10.00/year. Oftentimes, a hosting package will include a domain at no extra cost, but sometimes a business will have multiple domain names that will redirect to another web page, which may or may not apply to you.

PRINT DESIGN: Prices vary depending on project. Fill out and submit our questionnaire for a quote.

*As stated in the "Website Design" section above, this includes a home page plus up to three additional web pages, and the price of additional web pages will vary.

The Logo Package and Identity Bundle are each subject to a deposit of $50.00. The eCollection is subject to a deposit of $100.00. Other Print Design may be subject to a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.

Drafts and Proofs
There is no charge for the printing of working drafts, which the client may see before approving a final draft. Most often, though, you will receive an electronic proof, via pdf.

Typically, the payment schedule will be 1) Deposit, 2) Draft Payment (due prior to work beyond second draft), 3) Final Payment (due upon completion). Please note that payment arrangements/schedules may be negotiated in special circumstances.

Additional costs: Please note that Microspective Multimedia is not a publisher, nor does it have a large-scale printing facility. Instead, the design files and/or materials can be provided to the client for printing and publication on their own accord; or Microspective Multimedia can have it printed through a third-party company, for which costs the client will be responsible (through Microspective Multimedia). In addition to the printing costs, there is a 5% service fee (calculated from the design charges) for printing through Microspective Multimedia.

COMPUTER ASSISTANCE - $35.00/hr

Instruction and assistance is limited to 1 or 2 people at a time. If you would like a group of 3 or more at a time, it is only $10.00 per additional person.

Microspective Multimedia specializes in Mac OS X and Windows XP.

AUDIO/PHOTO/VIDEO SERVICES

Microspective Multimedia has the tools to skillfully digitize and organize your music and photos!

PHOTO IMAGING

· Photo Scanning: $1.00/scanned photo
· Photo Restoration & Retouching: $25.00/hour
· Photo Customization (colorization, addition/removal of a person or object, change of background): $35.00
· DVD Slideshow: $1.50/photo (includes scanning and basic touch-ups, Main Menu, and Chapter Menu)
· DVD Slideshow Captions: $2.00/caption.
· Additional DVD Slideshow Copies: $15.00
· Soundtrack (you provide music/audio): $10.00 per video-hour.

Please note that this is a digitization service, and you will not receive printed material from Microspective Multimedia unless requested (extra charges apply). You should specify the desired resolution/quality and image type. If you're not sure, we will be glad to make a recommendation). All photo imaging will be put on either CD-ROM or DVD-ROM, depending on the volume of images.

Microspective Multimedia will treat your originals with the utmost care and respect, but we cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, etc. to original prints, slides, or negatives.

AUDIO DIGITIZATION

· Records/Cassettes/MiniDiscs to CD: $20.00/original (includes basic processing, trimming, and Audio CD)
· Records/Cassettes/MiniDiscs to MP3: $25.00/original (includes basic processing, trimming, and data CD. You should specify the desired quality of mp3. If you're not sure, we will be glad to make a recommendation.)
· Digital Library Organization (formatting artists, song titles, album titles, etc. for use with iTunes/iPod): $25.00 per 100 songs/tracks.

Microspective Multimedia will treat your originals with the utmost care and respect, but we cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, etc. to original records, cassettes, or minidiscs.

Note: Copying registered material for public broadcast, resale, or other use than personal use is illegal. Microspective Multimedia will only perform the services above if in concert with the source material's copyright rules.

Payment

There is no charge for the printing/viewing of working drafts/proofs, of which the client will see before approving a final draft.

Payment for work on each draft is expected before continuation on subsequent drafts.

· PayPal, credit cards, and eChecks, through PayPal
